1. About SCloud
SCloud provides browser-based digital audio tools, including supported SoundCloud URL processing, playlist functionality, and audio conversion tools.
Features and availability may vary depending on your account plan.
2. Free and Paid Plans
SCloud may offer free and paid plans.
Current plans include:
- Free
- Pro — $12/month
- Annual — $115/year
Features, limits, and pricing are displayed on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
3. Subscriptions
Paid plans automatically renew according to the applicable subscription period unless cancelled before the next renewal.
You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation options provided through your account or payment provider.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not necessarily provide a refund for the unused portion of the current billing period unless covered by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use SCloud only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or authorization to download, process, convert, or otherwise use any content submitted through SCloud.
You must not use SCloud to infringe copyright, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
5. User-Submitted Content
SCloud does not claim ownership of audio, URLs, or other content submitted by users.
You remain responsible for the content you submit and how you use files produced through the service.
6. Audio Conversion
SCloud may provide tools for converting user-provided audio between supported formats, including MP3, WAV, FLAC, and M4A.
Conversion availability, file-size limits, usage limits, and supported formats may vary by plan.
7. SoundCloud and Third-Party Services
SCloud is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by SoundCloud.
SoundCloud and related trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
SCloud does not host or claim ownership of third-party content.
8. Intellectual Property
The SCloud website, software, branding, design, text, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit SCloud’s proprietary materials without permission.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep SCloud available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, third-party changes, or circumstances outside our control.
10. Disclaimer
SCloud is provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that every URL, file, format, or conversion will always be supported or available.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SCloud and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
12. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, security threats, or violations of these Terms.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
